We are all in this together, adjusting to uncertain times. Our families have little to adjust to this new normal and countless obstacles to overcome. Your donation will increase our capacity to provide emergency food gift cards and vital household supplies. Your support also expands our ability to offer targeted financial assistance as needed, and longer-term financial guidance through our (now virtual) Financial Literacy and Workforce Development efforts. We need our community's help now more than ever to ensure everyone has the needed resources to weather this crisis.

Ways to Give

Donor Advised Fund (DAF) - Allows you to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time. Contribute to the fund as frequently as you like and recommend grants to Britepaths when its convenient for you.

Employee Matching Programs - Does your company match your charitable giving to non-profits of your choice? If so, let them know you made a contribution to Britepaths and your gift will go even further. Not sure if they do? Use the tool below to find out. Don't forget about the CFC Campaign or the United Way Campaign! If your employer participates in either of these campaigns, consider designating Britepaths. (CFC #82471 and United Way #9661).

Rollover Your IRA - If you're 70 1/2 or older and don't need your IRA's required minimum distribution, you can make a charitable gift of any amount to Britepaths and you will not pay income taxes on any distributions made directly to Britepaths.

Monthly Donations - You can make a larger gift by spreading it over monthly installments. Sign up online today for automatic payments.

Gifts of stocks, bonds, and other securities - You can support our work without even opening your wallet! A gift of your appreciated stock will bring security and promise to the financial well-being of a struggling family, while offering you a tax advantage. Making a gift of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds is simple and easy, and you receive a two-part benefit of receiving an immediate tax deduction and avoiding capital gains tax.
