Thank You for Helping Our Families!
All of us at Britepaths are so grateful to everyone who donated funds and gift cards and sponsored our Holiday Program in 2020. In this most difficult year, we thank you for helping our families put aside their struggles for a few days and enjoy a festive meal and gifts for their children. Because of your support, more than 500 Fairfax County area families in need were able to enjoy some holiday cheer. Click Here to see thank yous and photos from the Holiday season.

The holidays are a time for sharing, and there is no better way to celebrate than by giving hope and help to children and their families who may otherwise go without a festive meal or a gift. Please consider sponsoring a Fairfax County area family in need for the holidays.
This is Britepaths' 21st year of ensuring that struggling families in our community are able to share in the holiday cheer that is all around us. Our Holiday Program traditionally matches individuals and families in need with donors who provide Thanksgiving and December holiday meals, as well as gifts for the children in the family. Due to COVID, in 2020, we are assisting families by mailing them gift cards to purchase holiday meals and gifts for their children.
The families we serve have demonstrated need and are referred to the program by Fairfax County and Fairfax County Public Schools social workers. Many of the parents were already working multiple jobs to make ends meet before the pandemic and are now struggling even more due to layoffs, reduced work hours, health issues or some other crisis. All of us have been challenged this year, but these challenges have been magnified for our families, and especially their children.
When you donate to Britepaths' Holiday Program, you will feel the true spirit of the season. Participating in the Holiday Program is a wonderful group or family service project. And it’s a great way to give back to the community, because your help goes to children and their families who are in crisis and live very near you.
